Homemade Lip Scrub ~ Sugar and Coffee Lip Scrub.

Hello, today I am going to share two homemade Lip Scrub to get rid of dry lips and it will also remove dead skin on the lips. One is Sugar Lip Scrub and other one is the Coffee Lip Scrub. Since it’s winter our lips get dry so it is very important to exfoliate our lips. Exfoliation can help in removing dead cells on the skin of the lips. Removing dead cells on the skin of the lips will make the lips soft and smooth. It will also give good finish to the lips. If you are a Matte lipstick lover and you have dry lips like me then you should definitely scrub your lips before applying the lipstick. So let see how to make the first Lips Scrub.
Ingredients to make Sugar Lip Scrub:
2 Tablespoon of White Sugar.
1 Tablepsoon of Honey.
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil.

How to make Sugar Lip Scrub:
First add 2 Tablespoon of White Sugar in a bowl
then add 1 tablespoon of Honey into it, (Don’t add honey more then 1 tablespoon otherwise sugar will start melting off)
and then add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into it.

Now mix all the ingredients together but make sure don’t mix too much otherwise sugar will start melting off. The Consistency of the Sugar Lip Scrub should be thick and it should not be runny. If the consistency of the Sugar Lip Scrub is runny then add more sugar into it.

Apply the Sugar Lip Scrub all over your lips, then scrub gently with your fingers in a small circular motion. Do this for about a minute, or until your lips feel smooth. Rinse it with the Luke warm water and pat your lips dry with the towel and lastly apply lip balm. Sugar Lip Scrub is tasty but do not lick your lips after scrubbing because you will also eat the dead skin of your lips. Now let see the benefits of it.

Coconut Oil:Before adding coconut oil into the scrub first melt it.
Coconut oil includes anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties in it.

Sugar Lip Scrub will make you lips soft, moisturized and hydrated. It will remove the dead skin from the skin of the lips. After scrubbing your lips with the Sugar Lip Scrub you will feel your lips are not dry anymore and your lips are hydrated. But make sure you don’t go hard on your lips otherwise you will end up hurting yourself. You need to gently scrub the lips for a minute. Apply this lips scrub for twice a week. Do not scrub your lips more then twice a week.

Coffee Lip Scrub:

Ingredients to make Coffee Lip Scrub:
2 Tablespoon of Coffee Grounds
1 Tablespoon of Honey.
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.

How to make Coffee Lip Scrub:
To make the Coffee Lip Scrub first add 2 tablespoon of Coffee grounds
then add 1 tablespoon of honey into it.
and then add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in it.

Now mix all the ingredients together. The Consistency of the Coffee Lip Scrub should be thick and it should not be runny. Apply the Coffee Lip Scrub all over your lips, then scrub gently with your fingers in a small circular motion.
